MARCH 17, 2020: We hope you’re all staying safe in these anxious times. We feel that cooking together, sharing food, stories, laughter is such an important part of affirming our humanity in times like these.
But given we are facing a critical situation due to COVID-19 here in Australia, we think the most prudent action is to cancel our cooking classes for the time being.
We also feel that it’s our collective responsibility to try and ‘flatten the curve’.
We’re really sorry to have to take this action, as running our classes is one of the highlights of our lives – sharing our recipes and culture with you.
We’ll keep you informed via social media some other ways we can continue to share food in the coming weeks. We are looking at ways to run online classes and share our recipes.
Please keep in touch, and we will too. Maybe this is also a good time to try some of those recipes you learned at previous Kei’s Kitchen classes! Please send us photos of your results!
