  1. Sakizuke (The Appetiser): Autumn Eggplant with Sesame Sauce
  2. Wanmono (The Broth): Dobinmushi (Autumn Broth served in a Special Teapot) with Seasonal Mushrooms, Chiken, Mitsuba, Yuzu
  3. Mukozuke (The Sashimi Dish): Tuna Shimofuri with Avocado, Kimisjyoyu
  4. Yakimono (The Grilled Dish): Hoshoyaki (Cartoccio) – Prawn, Scallop, Seasonal Mushrooms, Chestnuts, Yuzuponzu
  5. Takiawase (The Simmered Dish): Squash Filled with Crabmeat
  6. Sunomono (The Vinegared Dish): Chicken Breast, Cucumber and Open Grilled Fresh Shiitake with Spicy Dressing
  7. Gohan (The Final Rice): Torimeshi – Chicken Rice
