Terms of Service

1. The Minimum Spend on Kei’s Kitchen Online Deli is $30. Orders over $100 incur no delivery fee.

2. Delivery is by courier or post within the Sydney metropolitan area. The courier fee is a flat fee of $15, unless the order is over $100 in which case the delivery charge is waived. Outside of the Sydney metropolitan area, delivery is by Australia Post, and postal charges and handling fees ($3.50-$7) will be invoiced separately via PAYPAL.

3. Payment is made through the PAYPAL system, so credit card details are not handled by Kei’s Kitchen. PAYPAL is a reputable international payment system, and we feel it offers the best online payment option, without making the greedy banks even richer with their big charges. If you have a PAYPAL account, you can use that as well. Cash or cheque payment upon delivery cannot be accepted at this stage.

4. Once we receive your order and payment, you will receive a Confirmation of Order email. Your order will arrive at your shipping address within 72 hours, usually within 24 hours. (Postal orders may vary, depending on where you live). Please make sure you specify any special instructions you have for delivery. If the delivery is by courier, you will need to be at the shipping address when the order is delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for goods not signed for on delivery.

5. We will accept returns of faulty or problem goods only within 48 hours of the goods arriving at your door. We cannot refund for goods that have been opened. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for their intended use, and we reserve the right not to refund goods which have been purchased in error.
 
If your order is incorrect in anyway please also let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to send you the missing items or arrange for return of items incorrectly sent. Please ensure all returned items are unopened and packed securely.

keiskitchen.com.au follows the 'National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information' guidelines which set clear standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information obtained from you as part of our Online Deli operations.

 
Only when you place an order at our Online Deli do we require you to register and submit personal data—name, shipping address, phone number. Your credit card details are not handled by us, but by Paypal, which is a reputable payment system used by many online sites.

We take measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when you tell us that it is no longer required. We never trade your personal information (i.e. sell to organizations for marketing purposes).
